Yes, to ensure confidentiality you will need to book an appointment. After your initial appointment you will be given a password that allows you to confirm and pay for your appointment slots online. We aim to respond to all new enquiries within 24-48 hours.
Yes I am easily by local bus routes and there is free off-street parking to the front and opposite the building.
Confidentiality is really important to me. Everything you discuss will remain confidential, however there are a few exceptions.

All counsellors are required to be members of a registered body. Most require disclosure of the following: risk of serious harm to self or others, child protection issues, acts of terrorism and money laundering. This will all be outlined with you at the beginning of your sessions and in your contract with us.
No. You are free to tell whomever you wish. You self-refer to our services so your GP does not need to know.
We offer private practice counselling. This means you would pay for your sessions, unless you have private healthcare provision that may be willing to meet the cost.

A deposit is taken at the time of booking your appointment slot and the balance is required either by cash or card at your session.
On arrival press the door bell and you will be greeted by your therapist and welcomed in. Please don't arrive any earlier than your agreed appointment time to be respectful of other clients.
You can, but they will not be allowed in the session with you due to confidentiality.
